Designed especially for delicately detailed incising and excising work, this tool has been used as a lace draping and cleanup tool as well. The sharp needle is set firmly in one end, with a steel spear-shaped blade on the other. With a smooth hardwood handle, this tool is a total length of 6 1/2”.
